Eco-Eye was appointed on June 2014 as follows:

• Provide appropriate containers per waste stream
• Collection, transportation and disposal of all waste
• Documentation of waste to record and prove compliant

WASTE COLLECTION SERVICES

Eco-Eye Waste Management (Pty) Ltd was appointed in July 2014 to provide a scheduled waste collection service to Detpak (Pty) Ltd on premises in Tiger Moth. Part of the assignment was to provide 2 x 6m³ Skip containers for storage until collection needed to take place.

Since the appointment of Eco-Eye Waste Management (Pty) Ltd as the appointed service provider for the collection of our compactable waste on scheduled services on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Thus far, the experience with using them has limited overflowing and spillages of our waste on the premises.

WASTE MANAGEMENT & WASTE COLLECTION SERVICES

Eco-Eye Waste Management (Pty) Ltd was appointed in September 2014 as the waste service provider for Mpact Corrugated - Brakpan. Part of the scope was to provide all the containers for general and hazardous waste. The total number of containers employed on site is 9 different types of Skip containers which were provided according to the requirements, but excludes the exchanged containers not on site but managed by Eco-Eye Waste Management.  This specialized equipment is for safe storage of the waste during production and until collection needed to take place.

Since the appointment of Eco-Eye Waste Management (Pty) Ltd as the appointed service provider for the collection of all our waste compactable-; non-compactable -; oil-contaminated-; and sludge waste, thus far, the experience with using them has limited overflowing and spillages of our waste on the premises. We also receive a monthly summary report of all the waste removed with all the relevant compliance documents attached to the monthly invoices. The reports are provided monthly and delivered promptly. To provide a scheduled waste collection service to NZG (Pretoria Zoo) Part of the assignment was to provide 3 x 6m³ Skip containers for storage until collection needed to take place.

Since the appointment of Eco-Eye Waste Management (Pty) Ltd as the appointed service provider for the collection of our compactable waste on scheduled services on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Weekends. Thus far, the experience with using them has limited overflowing and spillages of our waste on the premises.

They also provide us with a volume report together with the monthly invoices promptly.
